You can dry it on a dehydrator. If you don&#039;t have one, let it dry some in the air first, and when it starts to keep its shape remove it from the mold and dry it on a heating pan. You an also dome a piece for a lentil inside or outside a metal measuring spoon and dry it on the hating pan. The spoon will conduct the heat.</description>
